About Us

The Pure Bhakti-Yoga Centre, also known as Sri Giriraja Govardhan Gaudiya Math, is a temple and community centre established by His Divine Grace, Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami Maharaja in Murwillumbah, Australia. We are part of the International Pure Bhakti-Yoga Society and run by Pure Bhakti Seva Association Inc, a non-profit association registered in New South Wales.

We have a beautiful spiritual sanctuary with a meditative temple space upstairs and a prasadam/activity hall downstairs. Their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Govinda and Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu preside here along with Lord Jagannath. 

Upon visiting the temple, visitors and spiritual seekers will find a sacred atmosphere and delight in the teachings and practices of the exalted path of Bhakti-yoga, as taught in the spiritual lineage of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. 

All are welcome to join us for kirtan chanting, arati worship, prasadam (sanctified meals) and spiritual discourses. We also celebrate many colourful festivals throughout the year.
