Mūla-prakṛti dāsī dedicated the later years of her life to glorifying her spiritual master by interviewing various exalted Gauḍīya Vaiṣṇavas, Vrajavāsīs, and others who knew him before he left for Western shores in 1965. They describe his incredible guru-niṣṭhā, his vision to spread bhakti throughout the world, his unwavering internal focus, his overwhelming warmth and other wonderful qualities. Their recollections, personal, profound and sweet, show something of his transcendental nature before he assumed the role of world ācārya.
Interviewed are some of his godbrothers, such as Śrīla Bhakti Rakṣaka Śrīdhāra Mahāraja and Śrīla Bhakti Pramoda Purī Gosvāmī Mahārāja, and god-nephews, such as Śrīla Bhaktivedānta Nārāyaṇa Gosvāmī Mahārāja.
